RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Most of our products are custom-printed specifically for your order. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

What We Need From You

⚠️ Please do not return items without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

• Printing defects
• Manufacturing flaws
• Items damaged during shipping

✅ Wrong Item Sent

• Incorrect design
• Incorrect product type
• Wrong size due to our fulfillment error

✅ Delivery Issues

• U.S. orders not received within 30 days
• International orders not received within 60 days
  (after verification with the carrier)

Replacement Timeline

• Processing time: Up to 7 business days
• Delivery time: 2–4 weeks
• No additional fees for replacements caused by our error

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed once approved
• Funds return to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank

WHEN WE CANNOT PROVIDE REFUNDS

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Reporting Issues

• Printed apparel: within 30 days of delivery

Order Modifications

• You have 12 hours after placing your order to request changes or cancellations.
• After 12 hours or once production begins, changes are no longer possible.

SIZE SELECTION

Since each item is printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us with:

• Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the stated timeframe, contact us for assistance. This does not apply to:

• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Missed delivery attempts
• Orders marked as delivered but lost due to porch theft
