At United Legacy Co., all items are custom printed or made-to-order specifically for each customer.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or there is an error on our part.

Please double-check your product type, size, color, design, and shipping address before completing your purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations

All items are made-to-order. To modify or cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

After that, production may begin and we cannot cancel, change, or refund the order.

For personalized or custom items, changes cannot be made once the order has been processed.

When Refunds or Replacements Are Available

The item arrives defective or damaged

We sent the wrong product, design, size, color, or item type

The package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier

All requests must be reviewed and approved by our support team.

What Is Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

The customer ordered the wrong item, size, color, or design

The customer changed their mind or no longer wants the item

The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

The package is marked as delivered but is lost, stolen, or missing after delivery

The delay is caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, customs, or other issues outside our control

The item is returned without prior approval from our support team

How to Report an Issue

Please contact us at support@unitedlegacyco.com with:

Your order number

A clear photo or video of the issue

A brief description of the problem

Printed items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Handmade items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after these timeframes may not be eligible for support.

Shipping, Delivery & Missing Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery times may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check your mailbox, front door, porch, building office, neighbors, household members, or local post office first.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for automatic refund or replacement. However, we will do our best to help you check the situation.

Refund & Replacement Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If a replacement is approved, please allow up to 7 business days for processing and approximately 2 to 4 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination and carrier.

Approved replacements do not require additional product fees.
