• Wrong size due to our fulfillment error

✅ Delivery Issues

• U.S. orders not received within 30 days
• International orders not received within 60 days
  (after verification with the carrier)

Replacement Timeline

• Processing time: Up to 7 business days
• Delivery time: 2–4 weeks
• No additional fees for replacements caused by our error

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed once approved
• Funds return to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank

• You have 12 hours after placing your order to request changes or cancellations.
• After 12 hours or once production begins, changes are no longer possible.

Since each item is printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS
